In 1997 after working on a major corporate event Tracey was inspired to create Oo La Lah Management and Events with the desire to fill the hole that was missing in the entertainment side of the corporate industry.

 

Oo La Lah started to produce cabaret style themed shows knowing that through entertainment, what were normally otherwise dull and long events, would be transformed into fun and entertaining evenings that clients would be happy to attend. With the idea of a themed event and not just the decor of the room but by also combining the entertainment to suit the theme, these cabaret shows brought the whole event together and these events became a huge success both in Australia and overseas. On Broadway the first corporate show produced by Oo La Lah paved the way for many of the corporate shows that are performing today.
